In May 2021, Poarch had over 66,000,000 users on TikTok, making her the third most popular person in the platform after Charli Damelio. Poarch is from the Philippines. In an interview on the H3 Podcast that she was nurtured by her maternal grandmother up to the age 3. Kenneth Taylor, an American ex-pat who married his wife Eden took her in.
